Each enemy hit by Teleport increases the damage by [10.0 - 15.0]%× and reduces the Cooldown by 0.50 of the next Cast. Becoming Injured will Teleport you to a random location.
Numbers in brackets are the range it can roll. × multiplies with your other damage bonuses, + adds to them.
