Activities
War Plans
Chain up to five endgame activities into one run.
Unlocking it
War Plans open once you beat the final boss of the Lord of Hatred campaign. A quest then sends you to the command table in Temis, the hub town in Skovos.
How it works
You build a plan of up to five activities and run them in order. The same activity cannot fill all five slots. If you have no key or sigil for a step, the plan makes one for you, and you can teleport straight to each step. Once a plan is locked in it cannot be changed, but a board that does not suit your build can be rerolled.
Running plans levels up the command table. Rewards are collected from the War Chest in Temis.
Activity trees
Completing an activity earns points for that activity's own tree. There are seven trees, one for each activity above plus one for the Tree of Whispers. The Tree of Whispers cannot be picked as a step in a plan; its tree only levels up through progress. Each tree takes up to 7 points. The nodes change how the activity plays and what it pays, for example more elites in Nightmare Dungeons, or a merchant selling runes and gems at the end of an Undercity run.
Season 15 changes
Playing in a group
Since patch 3.1.0 a party can build one fully shared board with the same progress and objectives. You can also join the leader's plan without progressing your own, then run your own plan afterwards.
